VINTAGE ABOVE ALL

The sweatshop free challenge is going with ups and downs but if there’s one thing that’s working really good it’s my excellent nose for vintage goods. Like this Burberry culottes for example. I found them at Think Twice way before the trend kicked in and the probably are from the time it was still Burberry’s (yes with an S).

Combining these finds with new goods can lead up to extremely good combinations like this one. Maybe this is too much for some of you but it’s definitely how I like the world to see me, all with a big fat wink. I never imagined the blue contrasting so perfectly with the beautiful greenery at the botanical garden in Antwerp. Luckily the lovely Maya Bogaert, again, was on top of her photographing game and captured this perfectly. A big thank you for that Maya!

My goal for the rest of the summer? Creating some more next level illustrations for this website, outfit as wel as travel, and getting the content quality back on track. Also working together with as many fellow bloggers and other people as well, nothing more fun than that. And oh yes, finding that perfect job. Well,… we’ll see how that will go.
